In this 6 week course you will start your yoga journey and we will teach you the fundamentals of Iyengar Yoga from the beginning. It will teach you how to use props to help align your muscles and bones.
You don't need to be young or flexible to start your yoga journey. Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts or tights with a singlet or a t-shirt.
All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own mat.

Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of yoga that helps you access and tap into the deeper connective tissues and fascia of the body. Yoga asanas (postures) are typically held for 3-5 minutes. The practice of Yin Yoga allows us to find stillness in body and mind. It helps to facilitate a peaceful and meditative state. This 4 weeks course is designed to introduce you to all aspects of passive and quiet Yin practice, providing great relaxation and more openness through your body, particularly through the hips, pelvis and lower back where most of the connective tissue is.
